Quick Start: Create an Event from your Workshop Worksheet

Have you completed our Worksheet to design a Sparkhub-powered Experience? It's part of our workshop - sign up here. Then you're ready to plug those details straight into Sparkhub and kick off your Event! Areas of your worksheet that are highlighted yellow will go into a corresponding place in your Event setup.
First, make sure your Sparkhub Profile is complete, including your PB API Key.
You'll also need to have two pages in mind: one for use as a Signup Page, and one for the Party Page. These are typically Project Broadcast Landing Pages, though other pages can sometimes be used too (contact us for assistance). To take advantage of Sparkhub populating your Pages, they'll need to contain Sparkhub header code. This enables Sparkhub to populate Sparkhub Dynamic Fields, Event images (eg, host photo or Signup photo), the Signup form, the guest list, or the Key Dates block. You can reuse these pages for multiple events, even running at the same time, thanks to Sparkhub magic.
First time? You can find template Signup and Party Page PBLPs in our Template Center. Use the same login you created when joining Sparkspace. The Template Center also contains an Event ID you can clone if you want some suggested texts, Key Dates, and to-dos built in.
Watch the video, or follow the step-by-step instructions below!
Tip: most settings can be left alone if you're cloning!
Tip: any time you are leaving your Event, be sure to click Save!

To share your Signup Page, be sure to use the special link shown in the Basic Info tab. It will look like this: my.sparkhub.app/s/eventid. That link redirects to a specially-structured link at your specified Signup Page.
