Your Profile settings

Set up your Profile inside Sparkhub as follows.

Always hit "save" to save your progress.

• Add the name of the company you represent. This will show up when you use the {shMyCompany} Sparkhub Dynamic Field.
• Phone number: this is what will be shown to Guests and/or Hosts as your contact number, and is used for the {shMyPhone} Sparkhub Dynamic Field. If you use a paid Project Broadcast plan, use your PB number. If not, use your personal number. 
• PB API key: leave blank if not using Project Broadcast. If using Project Broadcast (even if it's just a free social account), include it; this will enable Sparkhub to add guests to your PB Contacts, even on a free plan (even though you can't message them on a free plan). Sparkhub will not connect to your Project Broadcast account if you skip this step. Log into PB from a computer (it doesn't show on the mobile app) and get your API Key as follows. If you don't have access to a computer, go to projectbroadcast.com on your phone's browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and view it as a "desktop site" (by going to the browser's settings). Paste the API Key into your settings and click SAVE.

• We recommend you create a short Privacy Policy that your potential guests will see on your events' Signup Pages, to know who will see their data, how you’ll use it, and that they can opt out. This will put them at ease with signing up and show your professionalism. Example: 

Your information will be shared with me, [name] (your [company] Independent Consultant), and any others involved in planning this event. I won't spam you or otherwise share or sell your information. You're giving me permission to text you about this event. Data rates may apply. You can opt out of communications at any time.

• In your Profile, you can also reset your password, view your payment information, make changes to your Sparkhub plan, view your Affiliate (referral) Code to share with others, and view your affiliate activity.
• Hit Save any time you change the profile settings.
