Managing your subscription

To manage your Sparkhub subscription, go to your Profile and select "Manage Subscription." This will open your plan details with Stripe, our payment processor. From there, you can

• Change your billing frequency (monthly vs. annually). Note - if you change this during your free trial, it will end your free trial and initiate the first charge immediately.
• Update your payment method
• View billing history
• View details of your next payment, which will include any credit balance (eg, credits obtained through the referral program)
• Cancel your plan. You may cancel at any time, and we do not offer refunds. See full terms here.
