Using template PBLPs

If you're using template Project Broadcast Landing Pages for your Signup Page and/or Party Page, this article explains how to customize them for your Event.

Step 1: Import the Bundle(s)

Step 2: Update the page settings

Step 3: Edit the page's content in the Design screen

Note - you can only edit PBLP designs on a computer, or by opening PB's desktop site in your phone's browser.

Note - you'll see some grayed-out text areas in the Design that are our notes for you. These are created to be hidden when viewed, so you can safely leave them in place.

If you're using Sparkhub

Sparkhub users only need to edit a few things, if anything.

  • Look for places where you'll want to insert a photo of yourself, for instance, or your social media channels.
  • Continue doing other edits as you wish, to customize the content to your liking.
  • If your template page mentions a host and you aren't working with one, simply delete references to them.

Any text, link destinations, or image URLs that contain Sparkhub Dynamic Fields (recognizable by their single curly brackets and "sh" prefix) will populate automatically for you when you use the page with a Sparkhub Event.

Your page is ready for you to use for as many events as you wish, even simultaneously. Simply enter its URL in the Basic Info tab of any Sparkhub Event, for "Create a signup page at:" or "create a party page at:".

Note that if you open the page's url as-is, without using a version of the link that's tied to a Sparkhub Event, it will be blank. This is intentional and is a good thing, because you don't want people seeing a page without any event info on it! So to test it as a Signup Page or Party Page, you'll need to add it to an Event's "Basic Info" tab, click Save, and click there to view.

If you're not using Sparkhub

Note - if your template page mentions a host and you aren't working with one, simply delete references to them.

  • After following the steps below, your page is ready to use for one Event (aka Experience).
  • If you want to use a similar setup for another, you'll need to clone your page and repeat the steps.
