My photo isn't updating

Problem

You have updated your Invitation photo or another photo in your Event setup, but when you hit save, it is still showing an older version.

What's going on

It's likely that our database is in fact saving the correct photo for your event, but you just aren't seeing it because your browser is holding onto the old copy. In other words, guests would see the correct photo, even though your browser is displaying the wrong one, because it is remembering the old copy. However, you understandably want to be able to confirm that your Invitation will be correct.

Solution

Try clicking Save, then going out of your Event and clicking again to preview the Invitation.

But, you may need to clear the cache on your browser. This will depend on your browser ( click here to see an article and follow the instructions for your browser). Alternatively, you could try an incognito tab, or try viewing the Invitation on another device, where it won't have a memory of a different file.

You could also try using a different device or browser to view the page.
