Flow & checklist of a Sparkhub-powered Event
This is your high-level primer on how Sparkhub and PB come together to create a powerful event/experience management system. This video mentions the Host Portal, but of course, you don't have to use the Host Portal. If you're doing a self-hosted event, it just means you'll be the one sending people to the Signup Page, rather than a host doing that.
Be sure to refer to the Checklist for running your Sparkhub-Powered Events! It's in the "Start Here" article.
Steps to take:
- Set up your Event
- Create a new Event, cloning an existing one if desired. Review details, edit as needed, and save. This includes indicating what pages you want to use for the Signup Page and Party Page.
- Do a quality check.
- If you have Sparks in the Event Timeline tab, select "Launch Sparks" there so they will be scheduled.
- Run your Event
- Send the Host Portal if using
- Interact and serve!
- Mark as "closed" when done
