Tips as you begin

We have a few "rules" around here:

Don't stay stuck. Reach out using the chat icon in the lower right side of your screen!
Use informational icons ℹ throughout the app. They're little reddish circles with an "i" in the middle. We packed some helpful guidance into those so you can find what you need without having to wait for an answer from us.
Don't mess with code blocks on your Project Broadcast Landing Pages. Always be careful not to delete code blocks from your page or adjust the code unless you're certain of what you're doing!
Always test your work.
Trust the process. Every new tool and new skill comes with a learning curve, but if you follow our Getting Started checklist, you'll get through it.

New to Project Broadcast?

If you're new to Project Broadcast, there's no need to do all of their training too. In our help articles, we've identified the key topics you'll want to explore...which doesn't include all of PB's features. PB has some features that are wonderful but that you don't really need to learn at this point in order to understand Sparkhub. So look for the suggested PB training that we mention in our articles, prioritize those topics, and feel free to explore their other topics at your own leisure.

Getting Help

The best way to get help is by using our chat icon, which you'll find below and throughout the app! This is more reliable than emailing or texting us.
For PB-specific questions, reach out to them at support@projectbroadcast.com or in their Facebook group. While our software integrates with PB, we are a separate company and can't provide PB support.
Don't forget to hover over the informational icons (red circles with an ℹ) throughout the app.
