2023.12.30 - Improved Host view; clarification of Timeline Sparks

Happy New Year!

We're pushing out a small update. Here's what to know.

• Host Portal improvement: previously, the Host's view of their timeline and checklist in the Host Portal was too narrow, making it difficult to read. We have adjusted this.
• Your Event Timeline: previously, an on/off switch appeared when you had drafted Sparks; "off" meant you were able to draft the Sparks but they wouldn't run, and "on" meant that Sparkhub had scheduled the task of running them. We have replaced this toggle switch with clickable text to "Launch Sparks," and, once launched, you can "Recall Sparks." Further, once launched, you can still view the content of the Spark, but not edit it without recalling. You can review how the Timeline works in this updated help article.
  • If you're on a mobile screen, you may need to click the "hamburger" (three lines) icon in the Event Timeline in order to see the options.
