How to share my invitation

You'll invite friends to your event using the "Invite & View Guests" tab of your event in the Host Portal. If the Sparkhub user you're working with has provided sample wording and/or an image for you to share, they are ready to go for you in this tab.

How to share from a computer

The "share" button may not work as well here as it does on mobile, so use the other buttons to copy sample wording and (if applicable) download the invitation image. (If there is no "download" button, then no image was provided.) Then, go into the sharing platform of your choice (email, Facebook post, Facebook Messenger, etc.) and share!

How to share from your mobile device

The "share" button makes sharing quick and easy!

Via email

Click the "share" button.
Select your email provider (eg, Gmail) and account from the list of apps. If you don't see it, you may need to click the three dots for "more."
A draft email will open that contains the sample wording and, if provided, an invitation image.
Review, edit as desired, and send it out! Remember to bcc: rather than cc: to multiple recipients.

Via text

Click the "share" button.
Select your texting app from the list of apps. If you don't see it, you may need to click the three dots for "more."
Select a recipient.
A draft text will open that contains the sample wording and, if provided, an invitation image.
Review, edit as desired, and send it out!

Via Facebook Messenger (multiple recipients at once!)

First, click the "copy" button to copy sample wording.
Then, click the "share" button.
Select Facebook Messenger from the list of apps. If you don't see it, you may need to click the three dots for "more."
A message will open that contains the invitation image if one was given. If needed, paste the sample wording from your clipboard.
Review, edit as desired, and send it out! You can send to multiple people without repeating the above steps.

Via a Facebook post

First, click the button to copy sample wording.
Then, click the "share" button.
Select Facebook from the list of apps. If you don't see it, you may need to click the three dots for "more."
A draft post will open that contains the invitation image if one was given. If needed, paste the sample wording from your clipboard.
Review, edit as desired, and post!

Other

Other apps can be used too! Try the Share button, or use the buttons to copy sample wording and (if applicable) download the invitation image, and use these in the app of your choice.
